We are always excited to host your private event whether it is an 80th birthday or a 1st, family reunion or corporate party, for such events we ask that you contact us with your event idea and date so that we could sit down with you and go over the specifics. Each private event is unique in its own way and we are available to assist you in making your event a success with a price catered to your specific event or you can give us your budget and we could plan from there.

Private Events:
Are $200/1st hour and $100/hour for each additional hour, this does include set up, clean up, water & coffee. There is an additional, refundable $50 security deposit due at time of booking.

Corporate Boardroom/Meeting room availability:
For those seeking to use our facility for business meetings or boardroom type activities (not for a Christmas party or any type of event) our prices are as follows:
Up to 50 people $175/day
60+ people $250/day
We gladly provide coffee and water and our kitchen is available if you would like to bring catering in.
